Auditions Scheduled for "Abigail" A Revolutionary Musical part of the Nine Months in York Town celebration

Auditions for the York musical "ABIGAIL" will be held on the stage at Northeastern High School, Manchester, on Thursday, May 1 and Friday, May 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m to noon. "Abigail" is a delightful story, which depicts actual events and characters in 1777-78 York Town. The fully orchestrated musical score is brimming with great vocal solos and several spirited chorus and dance production numbers. A wide range of talents from all age groups will be cast, including actors, singers, dancers, and instrumentalists. Performances will be held at the high school on June 26, 27, 28, 29, 2003. "Nine Months in York Town" is a celebration of the Continental Congress' stay in York from September 1777 through June 1778.
