The York County Heritage Trust is pleased to offer guided tours to groups of 10 or more for any of its sites and for all tour types. Requests for group tours are made by contacting the
Education Department at (717) 848-1587 extension 301. Please note that tour dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance.
April and May are the busiest field trip months as dates are reserved early.
Tours are free of charge for
Educational Members. Rates for non-member groups are $6.00 per person for up to two sites/events and $7.00 per person for three or more sites/events. The Group rate for self-guided tours (available at either the Historical Society Museum or Agricultural & Industrial Museum only) is $4.00 per person. Please note that discount or free admission coupons cannot be used toward group tour admission costs. Groups arriving with less than ten in their party will be charged regular admission rates.
Tours are available starting at 9:30 a.m. but can start no later than 3:00 p.m. The Agricultural & Industrial Museum has a cafeteria eating space with tables available upon request (no food service). The Historical Society Museum may have eating spaces available that can be set aside upon request.
