The York County Heritage Trust Library & Archives is able to provide reproductions of most of the photographs, Lewis Miller drawings and Fraktur in its collection. Print photographs can be provided at a maximum size of 8"x10". Digital images can also be provided. The transfer method for digital files will be chosen at the discretion of YCHT staff. Individuals wishing to reproduce images at a size larger than 8"x10" should request a digital file and have the image printed by a local printer of your choice.
Publication permission is required before publishing or displaying images from YCHT's collection in exhibitions, books, ebooks, magazines, pamphlets, brochures, film, television, websites, blogs, social media of any kind, and all other print or broadcast formats. All public displays of images require publication permission and payment of applicable fees, except for display in private residences.

. Shipping fees apply if reproductions are mailed. The Reproduction and Publication Permission Form and payment in full must be submitted before images and publication permission can be granted
. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
When completing the Reproduction and Publication Permission Form, please include the Object ID Number for each item. General reproduction requests (for example, "10 pictures of historic York County buildings") cannot be completed. At this time, image searches are not included in our research by mail services, and images are not available online. Please visit the Library & Archives to search available images.
In accordance with United States copyright law and the York County Heritage Trust Library & Archives' policies, we are unable to reproduce books or other printed materials in their entirety, or substantial portions thereof. Books and other printed materials cannot be photocopied and sent by mail. YCHT publications and other select items are available for purchase in our Museum Bookshop
. To purchase a book that is not available through our bookstore, please contact the author or publisher, or check with your local bookstore for ordering availability.
Family files and other manuscript collections cannot be reproduced in their entirety or sent by mail. Unfortunately, family files and manuscript collections are not currently available online. Please visit the Library & Archives in person to access these materials.
