The York County Heritage Trust Auxiliary provides tremendous support, service and financial aid to the York County Heritage Trust. The Auxiliary began and still operates a number of signature events including Fastnacht Day, Mother's Day Ice Cream Parlor and the Annual Turkey Trot among other events and programs. Each year the Auxiliary provides funding to the YCHT to support its programs and services. In 2007-2008 over $21,000 was contributed to support the 34^th Annual Oyster Festival, the Junior Docent program and the new Junior Curator program and exhibit.
