The York County Heritage Trust is pleased to offer guided tours to groups of 10 or more for any of its sites and for all tour types. Requests for group tours are made by contacting the Education Department at (717) 846-6452 or education@yorkheritage.org. Understand that tour dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance. Please note that April and May are the busiest field trip months and dates fill up quickly.
Tours are free of charge for Educational Members. Rates for non-member groups are $4.00 per person for non-profit groups* and $8 per person for for-profit groups. Non-member groups are also required to make a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 prior to their scheduled tour date. The balance of payment is due the day of the tour. The admission fee is good for multiple York County Heritage Trust sites on the same day, depending upon time availability and group interests.
Tours are available starting at 9:30 a.m. and can start no later than 3:00 p.m. The Agricultural and Industrial Museum has a cafeteria eating space with tables available (no food service). The Historical Society Museum may have eating spaces available that can be set aside upon request.
