York County Heritage Trust Gift and Book Shops

All income from sales support the educational activities of the York County Heritage Trust.

Our unique gift shops focus on York’s rich heritage with an emphasis on books. Hundreds of titles include local history, military, crafts, interior design, architecture, cooking, genealogy and children’s.  We encourage you to come in – browse our gifts, stationery, textiles, gourmet foods, toys, jewelry, prints, reproduction photographs, maps and many York-related items.  Gift boxes and shipping are available for a nominal fee.

Last month’s top five best-sellers for the Book Shop were:

Early German Settlers of York, Pennsylvania - Keith Dull

York – America’s Historic Crossroads - Scott Butcher

Parks, People, Preservation and Public Policy – Eleanor Boggs Shoemaker

Nine Months in Yorktown – James McClure

Susquehanna River Water Trail (map and guide)
